What file formats do you provide?

For embroidery we deliver machine formats such as DST, PES, EMB, EXP, JEF and VP3. For vector artwork we deliver AI, EPS, SVG, PDF and a PNG preview. Need something else? Just ask.

Can you convert a low-resolution image into vector artwork?

Yes. We manually redraw low-resolution logos, scans and screenshots into clean vector paths — not auto-traced — so the result is sharp at any size.
